Returns

TonSwitch is a professional electronic module intended for qualified technicians.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the product has not been installed, used, or modified, and is returned in its original condition.

Installed or used units cannot be returned, as they cannot be resold.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective units

If your unit arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence, and we will replace or refund the item.

Professional use notice

TonSwitch is designed for professional use only. Improper installation or use outside specifications voids eligibility for refunds.
